Salesforce Implementation Consultant: BI

• Identify critical KPIs, and Success Metrics,
• Discuss reporting needs with business users
• Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications.
• Provide insight to business users and technical team members regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards. 
• Design dashboards and reports that will provide strong data insight in line with key business goals
• Developing dataflows, data recipes, lenses and Dashboards in Analytics studio
• Establish best practices, templates and standards for dataflow, data recipe, dashboard, and report/lens development and deployment. 
• Provide ongoing support with clients post-go-live to further enhance their Salesforce and/or CRM Analytics experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Min. 2+ years hands-on front-end and back-end BI tooling experience
• Applied experience as BI expert/consultant.
• Having hands-on CRM Analytics (Highly recommended )
• Knowledge of SAQL, SOQL, SQL (1-2 years preferred).

• Knowledge and passion for Financial business processes.
• Skilled in financial and supply chain applications, ideally in combination with Salesforce knowledge and/or Cloud ERP solution
