At Cloudteam Company, we're always looking to expand our network of experienced Senior Project Managers with strong communication and IT skills, and deep knowledge of cloud ERP systems. Senior Project Managers typically help lead the delivery of Salesforce | Certinia Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction from project initiation through stabilization. If you have experience managing complex ERP projects in a matrix environment and are passionate about client engagement and delivery excellence, we’d love to stay in touch.
Responsibilities
- Involved in implementation/support projects with end-to-end implementations experience.
- Assist in mapping the requirements into Certinia processes and design the solutions.
- Contribute to statements of work, work breakdown structure and staff plans
Requirements
- Work experience in Cloud ERP solutions and preferable with Salesforce knowledge.
- Able to scope ERP solutions, based on customer requirements.
- Ability to deliver complex project within time, budget and scope – based on a combination of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum approach
- Ability to communicate sharply and precise with customers and stake holders while maintaining a strong relationship
- Independent thinker with a drive to accomplish
- Time management is your key characteristic
