Cloudteam Company is continuously looking to engage with talented PSA consultants who are passionate about optimizing professional services through technology. Ideal consultants bring strong project and communication skills, along with experience in business process reviews and knowledge of Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) PSA. If you have a background in professional services and are comfortable working with cloud solutions, we’d be glad to consider you for future collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing relationships with customers.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses, capture gaps between customer requirements and out-of-the-box solutions and propose solutions.
- Implement the Certinia PSA solution on the Salesforce Platform.
- Contribute to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to customers.
- Influence customer leadership in acceptance of company’s solutions and services.
- Craft and articulate strategic solutions.
- Build and maintain a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
- This position is 10% project management, 30% trainer, 20% analysis and 40% technical.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in consultancy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast changing team environment
- Strong computer skills
- Ideally having knowledge of the Salesforce.com Platform and/or professional services cloud solutions.
