We are currently taking the next step in our company: putting stronger foundations in place so we can grow in a more focused and professional way.We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who wants to help us build this next chapter, not from the sidelines, but hands-on and right in the middle of it. 

Your mission 

You will be our Account Executive, directly reporting into our CEO, working closely with Account Management (our Consultants) and Inside Sales (to be hired together with you). You will focus on new business development across: 

  • Professional Services / PSA / ERP solutions (including Certinia on Salesforce) 
  • Project-driven and manufacturing organizations within the Salesforce ecosystem 

Your scope covers Benelux, UK and DACH. 

Responsibilities

You will: 

  • Own end-to-end new business development: from first contact and discovery to SOW and signed deal — we are not just an ‘body shop’, we sell our own apps, turnkey solutions and outcomes 
  • Drive both partner-led and self-generated pipeline (combination of inbound, outbound and ecosystem leads) 
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline 
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal 
  • Run discovery sessions with stakeholders at different levels (business, operational, executive) 
  • Shape solutions together with Solution Architects and Delivery 
  • Build and present proposals and SOWs (scope, approach, timeline, commercials) 
  • Lead negotiations and close implementation and services agreements 
  • Manage a set of existing customers together with Account Management (our Managing Consultants) focused on upsell and account growth 
  • Align closely with the CEO on commercial strategy, priorities and execution; the CEO manages the top 3 strategic accounts end-to-end 
  • Help bring structure to qualification, forecasting and overall commercial execution

Requirements

Who we are looking for 

You are a high-energy, results-driven new business sales professional who loves opening doors, building pipeline and closing complex deals. You get energy from creating momentum where there is none yet. 

You likely: 

  • Have experience in a scale-up or fast-growing company, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem. 
  • Have extended experience in B2B solution / consulting / enterprise services sales 
  • Have sold software + implementation / transformation services 
  • Are comfortable and have experience working on different levels, from consultants to C-level 
  • Are strong in: 
  • Discovery & value selling 
  • Deal shaping 
  • Managing complex stakeholder environments 
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently 
  • Are willing and able to work on-site in Breda regularly
