Project Management Officer

Do you have:

• Knowledge cloud ERP systems
• Solid IT and communication skills

Can you:

• Manage multiple small projects
• Manage our Resource Planner to have a 'perfect' resource plan
• Hunt for resources internally and externally
• Execute and improve where needed our monthly billing and time writing process
• Align critical data across systems and partners

In this role you will be the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues. You will be responsible for taking on all Managed Services projects and assignments, coordinating all actions related to these contracts. You will be the contact person for Customer Success Managers, Delivery and Competence Center Leads, supporting them and performing both administrative and controlling tasks.

In the role of PMO, you will contribute to the successful completion of Managed Services projects and assignments. You do this by proactively interacting with various stakeholders and making timely adjustments where necessary. The result is that all Managed services contracts are fully utilized, consultants are working on these assignments in planned alignment with the customers.
